Position Description:

As an Outreach Officer, your primary role is to reach out to remote areas and identify individuals in need of financial assistance. You will organize these individuals into groups based on their preferences, conduct orientation training, and facilitate the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) or Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Your efforts will contribute to enhancing financial literacy, promoting formal banking, and fostering credit awareness among the identified communities.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Scoping:
• Conduct surveys to identify villages or wards with potential for SHG/JLG formation.
• Ensure a minimum number of participants in each village/ward to facilitate effective group activities.
