shift 1- 9am to 5pm
shift 2- 1pm to 9 pm

shift 3-- 9 am to 9 pm (salary is different for this shift)
- stock up product for display
- customer service
- stock reorder and checking
- shop maintenance

every month incentive additional if achieved target

weekly one day paid off (weekdays), monthly 4 days, 4 hrs permission monthly
