JOB SCOPE

Role : Officer-EHS

This role is responsible for monitoring the safety activities in the plants
• Operating and maintaining the ETP effectively and continuously so as to achieve the effluent parameters within the prescribed limit of TNPCB.
• Achieving zero accidents by imparting work permit system, training and accident investigation on regular basis.
• Sustaining the ISO 14001(EMS) by carrying out the Internal Audit, evaluating the aspect impact study and attaining the objective and targets.
• Operating ETP as per TNPCB norms
• Fulfillment of statutory requirement with respect to TNPCB.
• Daily monitoring of Effluent parameters Analysis.
• Monitoring and disposal of scrap/scum.
• Monitoring of connected CC ETP's and fulfilling statutory requirements with TNPCB.
• Disposal of treated effluent to irrigation land.

Job Requirements
• Educational qualifications: Diploma (Industrial safety) or
• any Degree related to Industrial health & safety
• Experience : 1 year
