Role: Relationship Manager

Location: Suryapet, Telangana

Salary: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors.

- Train and support advisors to use our app effectively.

- Drive productivity, focus on renewals, and achieve targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies.

- Innovate to enhance reach and generate sales.

- Distribute insurance, loans, and financial products.

Desired Profile:

- Education: HSC, Diploma, or Graduation.

- Experience: 1+ year in Sales and Business Development.

- Knowledge: Understanding of insurance and financial products.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.

- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
