Job Description Summary Manager - Lean Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for implementing Lean processes for CoE thru,
1. Establishment of Lean model lines for Aviation Products
2. Process Improvements to eliminate NVAs & improve Productivity.
3. Workstation & line layout designing
4. Develop and establish standards for Lean deployment.

Role requires close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Customer for successful implementation of new solutions and changes.

Key focus area - manufacturing process study, new solution identification thru Lean Tools, coordinating with experts to develop and implement in production. monitor sustenance.
