Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Villa Manager with PT Bali Mastermind located in Bali, Denpasar, Canggu. You will be managing 1 or more villas. As the Villa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the villa, and managing sales on OTAs.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings
• Communicate with guest service providers for spa treatments, excusions, private driver, private dining and etc.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure the villa meets quality standards and guest satisfaction
• Ensure regular maintenance and repair work are done in the villa
• Manage budgets and financial transactions.
• Great guests upon arrival and ensure the comfort of their stay. Be on standby for guests emergency.
