Our Client is a Research and Manufacturing Organization having manufacturing plant in Pune.

ROLES & Responsibilities:

Secretarial Matters:

Candidate should be well versed with laws relating to listed and unlisted entities.

He should have strong knowledge of companies act 2013, SEBI regulations.

Guide senior management on issues relating to Corporate Law Matters and its statutory compliances.

Advising on legal and procedural matters under the Companies Act.

Legal:

Liaising with government departments, Solicitors and Advocates for opinions and obtaining sanctions and clearance.

Handling litigations and representing the company before court, tribunals quasi-judicial bodies etc.

Liaising with various authorities viz. MPCB, labor, factories Dept., & other establishment authorities.
