Main duties & responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager for the drinks production and service of main bar, achieving and maintaining the brand standards and exceeding Guests expectations. In charge of the Bar Manager duties in his absence;
• Assist the Bar Manager in training, coaching and developing the bar team, maintaining positive working relationships with others;
• Work together with the Bar Manger to create new drinks balancing both creativity and local tradition. Guarantee continuous monitoring of quality with attention to details;
• Compliance with health and safety regulations;
• Close cooperation with the events team providing assistance before and during events;
• Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation;
