IT application support with not less than 5 years experience, Preferable experience in ID passport and other citizen document projects ( enrollment, central systems handling, document personalization)

Your tasks:

· Troubleshooting and technical support, motivation to learn about new system and technology and third party components

· Understand system architecture and troubleshooting application logs

· Understand the system flow and business cases

· Communicate with customer in professional way and handling issues

· Deployment and installation for new enterprise applications and testing

· Communicate with vendors and handle troubleshooting remote sessions until issue fixing

· Preparation of technical project reports
