3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals.

4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

5. Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years Proven experience in strategic partnership development within the non-profit sector or business.

2. BSc in Business or any related field. Master's degree is a plus.
