Operating under the guidance of the Project Director, you'll oversee the management of project plantations situated in the Visayas Region, Philippines. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support for plantation operations, devising and executing protocols, delivering relevant training, coordinating quality control measures, managing plantation budgets and expenses, and providing overall support to the in-country plantation team.
