Job description Summary

Working as part of a team, you will report to the Director of Nursing and Finance Manager, assisting with the day to day operations of a Nursing Home.

Key responsibilities include:
• Processing rosters on a bi-weekly basis on the Time Management system
• Maintaining HR,training records and employee files to regulatory standards
• Minute taking of meetings
• Telephone and email queries
• Purchasing of supplies
• Issuing of contracts and follow up
• Supporting the finance team and Director of Nursing on administrative tasks
• Greeting visitors at Reception and managing phone calls and message taking
