Tasks and responsibilitiesTasks and responsibilities related to the work of the department
• Technical assistance to Fronius sales partners, installers and project partners; by phone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Organization, implementation and documentation of product training and online webinars
• Support of the Sales Manager for Poland in communicating with customers
• Regular visits to installers and Fronius System Partners (FSP) with presentations of the latest products
• Product presentations and sales training for sales partners
• Participation in exhibitions, conferences and other events on behalf of Fronius
• Active cooperation in marketing activities
• Maintaining customer contact data in CRM and entering key documents and customer training data
• Prospecting and acquiring new customer segments
• Continuously monitoring and collecting feedback on potential new markets
• Training and supporting new employees
