Key responsibilities:
• Being primary support contact on site in Dannstadt and remote for European Service Centers in case of major issues and incidents.
• Develop and improve operational support for service centers.
• Implement improvements and automation for efficient operations.
• Oversee and ensure integrity of information systems and network infrastructure in European service centers.
