Responsibilities

Client Service Manager leads the client service team in improving client experience by acting as the customer liaison, handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer services. Maintain business relationships with existing clients and bring new clients on board.

Qualifications

· 4 years and above experience in a similar role in an Experiential Event and Design Agency or an Event Design Company

· Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills

· Ability to pay attention to detail and show calmness under intense pressure

· Organized, creative, and passionate events

· Ability to work with little supervision and takes initiative on best action for the success of each project

· Ability to understand project milestones; including deadlines work with minimal supervision.
