Our client runs a luxury bespoke fashion house and is in search of a General Manager who will focus on managing the team that delivers its clothing to the client and someone who has sound experience in managing customer relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be a leader and be empathetic by nature. They will work to ensure operational excellence as it pertains to Customer Satisfaction.

Location: Lekki Phase1

Work days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead the customer service executive in managing customer interaction
• Ensure that all customers are responded to in a timely manner
• Manage customer consultations and see to the end-to-end delivery of customer orders
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance
