Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager at Adideva Carbon LLP located in Shamli. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant commissioning, plant operations, including production planning, quality control, maintenance, and safety. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance, ensure efficient production processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in plant management or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
