About The Role

Mercy Community - Disability Services team, are seeking passionate and experienced Support Workers (Casual role) who will work alongside our participant/s in Caboolture.

The position available is paid at Level 2 (depending on experience) of the SCHADS award (Casual rate is $40.26) + 11% Super + Salary Packaging.

About You

As the successful candidate, you will be able to support with:
• Experience deescalating behaviours and/or an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP) - highly desired skills.
• Experience and understanding of restrictive practices - highly desired skills.
• Skilled in providing medication administration - highly desired skills.
• Being flexible and committed to all shifts through the week and weekends (sleepovers, short shifts, AM, PM and evening).
• Completed or studying towards a Certificate III or higher in a related field (i.e. Certificate III Individual Support etc).
