2-year experience in Assistant Logistics Manager

Fluent in English

Good Verbal Communication, behavior, and personality

Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access

Job Descriptions:

Monitoring any shipment both incoming and outgoing.

Making shipment plan based on planning and production.

Negotiating and getting freight quotation from forwarding agent

Handling booking, arranging the container and loading for outgoing shipment both for fish and non-fish.

Handling the export declaration for all outgoing shipment

Prepare the export document for all shipment.

Review any invoices from all vendors related to Logistics before payment processing.

Coordinate with mini plant for all matter related to logistics (receiving, loading, document, eyc)
