Role Description

This is a full-time role as the Head of Human Resources at Niwa Garden Malang. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, HR policies and procedures, and employee relations. This is an on-site role located in Malang.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role in HR, with a focus on strategic HR management
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, and industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
