Qatar Airways is recruiting for a Team Lead to join our Fraud Screening team in Ahmedabad India to join our newly established Global Business Services.

The position will be responsible for matters relating to fraud screening, and chargeback management to always ensure no revenue loss to QR and safeguard QR interest.

Responsibilites
• Analysis of RFI/Chargeback data to identify fraud trends
• Ensure RFI/Chargeback notifications from the acquiring banks are timely downloaded
• Identify fraud trends and train team
• Support, escalate and lead dispute resolution issues
• Manage queries and resolve issues from stakeholders and banks
• Support audit/investigations
• Adherence of PCI-DSS compliance
• Prepare and submit statistics to Line Manager/management
