Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at The Hotel Airport Vadodara located in Vadodara. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience. You will also perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining the front desk area.
