Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at VELMURUGAN HEAVY ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED located in Thanjavur. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management. The Senior HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
