Role: Sales Supervisor - Aesthetic.

• Lead and motivate a team of aesthetic sales representatives to achieve sales goals and targets.

• Understand the Aesthetics commercial Key Success factors such as building a

commercial policy, order taking, building bundling packages, and organizing workshops.

• Understand territory management, approaches, and optimizing the sales organizations to meet market needs.

• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure team members are knowledgeable about our products and services.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the aesthetic industry.

• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
