This position will report directly to VP of Operations and will manage the manufacturing engineering team as well as perform engineering tasks.

Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes such as design layout on work cells, assembly equipment and areas as needed to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency.

Review, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification requirement. Ensure that project / departments milestones goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Drive cost reduction projects to meet requirements of Value Engineering initiatives increase productivity, reduce lead-time, improve quality, and cost savings.
