Primary Purpose

Assist in general performance maintenance of the BUILDS Department, water, street, storm water, and sewer collection utilities. Other performance maintenance as assigned.

Supervision

Under the direct supervision of the assigned Project Supervisor and general oversight of the Operations Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs general maintenance tasks at the BUILDS Dept. and property as assigned. Required to do general repairs on utility equipment, vehicles, trailer, and other equipment related to maintenance.
