We are situated in George, in the lovely Garden Route.

We are now accepting applications for a Butcher to oversee the butchery and artisanal production of butchery products (including seafood and poultry).

The ideal candidate will be passionate about doing all kinds of weird and wonderful things to all kinds of meat that is offered on the property, will act with integrity, will be dependable, and can achieve goals without close supervision.

The main responsibilities of this role is to:
• Prepare and portion meat components per outlet, according to specified menus, standards and in line with costing,
• Sourcing of new products,
• Ensure the offering is at all times 5-star and beyond,
• Production of stocks, sauces and preserves for the resort,
