We are currently looking for a full-time Civil engineer to join our team, in the Thessaloniki office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of urban planning and technical issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering & Construction
• 3 years at least of working experience in a relevant position
• Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite and Autocad.
• Technical Due Diligence Compilation
• Knowledge of technical works budget
• Supervision
• Knowledge of issuance of permits and preparation of studies
• Flexibility and mobility
• Team leader spirit and advanced managerial skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building regulations
• Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
• Review the provided network plans
• Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
