Responsibilities:

• Maintain the client activity with the assistance of AM

• Maintain good relations with engineers

• Pass the client feedback down the line with the engineers/vendors

• Leave & attendance management

• Keep track of daily task updates from team members

• Share updates on contract renewal or closure to Ops Team

• Share developer onboarding/Offboarding email

• Take charge of daily updates of datasheets

• Maintain & share timesheet on behalf of Account Managers to Accounts for Invoicing More Detail
