• Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook mail 2010/2013/2016/365 issue
• Laptop troubleshooting Installation of windows OS
• Wi-Fi connectivity Network Related issue, VPN configuration, Zscaler, Cisco, pulse secure
• Supporting and resolving incident of the disk space, CPU memory alert
• Managing the Hardware issue of Desktop, Laptop like installation of RAM, Hard Drive, and Screen replacement also coordinating with vendor.
• Knowledge about Case Logging to acer, HP, Dell, Lenovo of hardware related issue with checking warranty
• Able to manage the user, client in IT support, understanding of customer convince knowledge
