• Should understand finance/profitability and make sure it is as per project need and commitment
• Work with senior internal and client managements and ensure KPI s like hiring targets etc. are managed well
• Should be able to own numbers of hiring, billable resources, targets.
• Should have experience in generating periodic, relevant reports to management.
• Should establish rapport with internal teams like Networking, assets, transport, HR, Incident management etc and get issues resolved quickly.
