About the Role:

As the University Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our talent strategy by leading our efforts to hire top talent from universities. This role involves building our brand and relationships with universities, attracting the right talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will leverage your skills in talent acquisition, marketing, project management, and customer success to drive our university recruitment initiatives and build a pipeline of high-potential candidates.
