Key Responsibilities
• The role would involve developing Electrochemical Models for different Li-Ion cells, and utilising the models to develop charging profiles that can deliver longer life and faster charging rates.
• The models thus developed would then be deployed on organization's BMS systems to control the charge rate and battery thermals in real-time to deliver optimum performance in both charging time and cycle life.
• The adaptive charging algorithms would allow fast charging in a wide range of operating conditions and unlock a more robust and repeatable experience for our users.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of the current state of the art in Li-Ion cell modelling, physics driven models is a must. Candidates limited to Empirical Modelling techniques and ECN models are not preferred.
