Your role in the team
• As part of a team, you will create technical requirements and technical concepts for the Integrated Budget and Cash Procedure (IHV) - particularly in the area of creating and processing electronic invoices - as well as for the electronic payment system ePayServiceBayern of the Free State of Bavaria, including for the implementation of customer requests or changes to the law
• You work closely with software development and software testing
• You handle customer inquiries in second level support and support the hotline
• You support the clerks in the Bavarian authorities through regular training and prepare information about program innovations/changes
• You prepare opinions and reports
