HR Manager

Overview

We are looking for a high-energy and action-oriented candidate to drive a broad spectrum of HR initiatives in two locations in Poland – Gorzow and Warsaw. Reporting to the HR Director for Central Europe, this role is responsible for employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, ED&I activities, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.

This role is a strong partner for the factory team in Gorzow and the commercial team and the HR Delivery Center in Warsaw, and will partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, COEs and external HR partners to ensure the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
