IT Support Engineer (1st and 2nd Line)

Location: Swansea - Hybrid with 2 days a week in the office

Salary: £30-35K per annum

Due to continued growth and success the business are looking to strengthen their team with an additional IT Support Engineer.

This is an opportunity that offers huge scope for development and progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, with expertise in VMWARE, Windows, Active Directory, Azure, and familiarity with various applications. SQL Server experience is desirable for this role. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support to our internal users.
