The Operations Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting to set-up the necessary processes, systems for the efficient operations of our Surabaya’s branch’s logistics and distribution activities, overseeing and optimizing freight-forwarding operations, from documentation and logistics to customer service and regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and optimizing operational efficiency to support the success of DP World’s logistics business.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage and oversee the freight-forwarding operations and day-to-day activities including import/export processes comprising all modes of transportation (sea, air, road, train), warehousing, and contract logistics.
• Prepare the full set of clearance documents required for shipping, such as customs declarations.
• Monitoring of shipment status and provide “best in class” customer experience to our Cargoes Logistics customers on all product and service offerings.
