At A-SAFE Italy we are looking for an accounting administrator for a Maternity Cover contract.

The ideal candidate will possess the following atributes:
• Good experience in the administrative-accounting role
• Problem solving, oriented to administrative and business processes
• Ability to prioritize
• Organizational skills and excellent time management in line with business requirements
• Good computer knowledge of the Office365 package, in particular Excel
• Good interpersonal skills with the other departments
• Good knowledge of the English language to communicate with the English colleagues (Headquarters)

Responsibilities
• Posting of Italian and foreign invoices;
• Posting of payments (customers-suppliers);
• to raise and update the internal reports related to company costs with cost monitoring;
• Preparation of documents for auditors;
