Program Specialist

We are looking for a Program Specialist to join our dynamic team in support of an upcoming contract. The work will be performed in Hohenfels, Germany.

Main Responsibilities

Support Valbin management by assisting with logistics for hiring fairs and other pre-contract requirements

Assist with setting up the Valbin office space- furniture, office equipment, phone systems, etc.

Handle the submission of timesheets once the contract starts- review for completion and accuracy, send to payroll for processing

Coordinate bus transportation for the role players before and after each exercise

Serve as main point of contact for incoming visitors and callers, answer general inquiries

Order supplies and all related administrative tasks

Some travel may be required

Other duties as assigned

Must be fluent in both German and English

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with role playing and military operations a plus
