Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Talent Management role located in Colombo. The Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with employees and stakeholders, recruiting and hiring talent, employee engagement, and talent management strategies to ensure the growth and success of the organization.

➡ Minimum 3 years of relevant exposure

➡ Experience with LMS, T&D, Employee Engagement, Performance management will be an added advantage

➡ Willing to lead and be the point person for organizing the events
