About the role
Tesco Ireland are currently looking to recruit a Lead Quality Assuranceon a full- time basis.
Based in our office at our Waterford Customer Engagement Centre, the successful candidate will be responsible for QA MI/Reporting, Functional alignment [inwards & outwards], Analyze magnitude/impact of errors, Perform RCA Initiate & lead strategic projects, build proactive controls.

You will be responsible for
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
• Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying quality assurance methods + CI tools and techniques.
• Partnering with CI/Ops right teams on Identified process gaps and risks for business improvements, ensures quality assurance process adherence.
• Establish quality assurance across TBS at source by identifying and recommending changes in design or by placing right control/assurance mechanisms ... More Detail
