• Create event management / operational plans for CBC, VNG and other initiatives based on timelines, budget and project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to execute employee projects, talent engagement activities and community campaigns.
• Collaborate with facilities and oversee all event details such as decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment.
• Proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems.
• Provide feedback, clear reporting to stakeholders upon requests.
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
• Obtaining event permits if any and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Strong sense of obligation.
• Strong sense of project & stakeholder management.
• Pro-active and a team player mindset.
• Good time management skill and interpersonal skills.
