Job description:

Administrative Specialist: Life and Risk is primarily responsible for assisting and handling risk products, specifically life insurance.

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with risk products and life insurance business
• Drafting of quotations of risk business
• Facilitating implementation process for new business
• Retention of policies on the books
• Arranging medical requirements
• Preparation of application documentation packs

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• RE 5 Certificate
• 3 - 5 years experience within risk / life insurance
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Sound client service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Conflict management and resolution skills
