Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at XOLLID located in Alappuzha. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, evaluating costs, and creating accurate estimates for Interior projects. You will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure cost accuracy and identify potential issues or risks.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Interior Project Estimator or similar role in the Interior & Furnishing industry
• Strong knowledge of Interior materials, methods, and equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, and project specifications
• Ability to prepare Cutting list for the Production
• Quantity Estimation from the drawings
