Job Title: HRM (medium size factory)

Location: Dong Nai Province, Vietnam

Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition;
• Payroll Management;
• HR Department Setup;
• Learning development;
• Compliance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently at the 1st stage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in payroll management and familiarity with payroll software systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
