Description : The ideal candidate will have a strong command of composite manufacturing principles and best practices for quality part production.

This position requires individual layups of carbon fiber, prep composite, and billet aluminum for assembly, maintain strict quality and process standards, and thorough documentation.

This is an opportunity to be integral to product design and tooling strategy for manufacturing and assembly.Duties / Essential Job Functions : Leads by example with integrity and respect, along with policy and procedure complianceLeads a team of manufacturing staff by communicating job expectations by managing the build plan.
