Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Quantity Surveyor at Reputable company located in Accra, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets on construction projects, ensuring that the projects are completed within the allocated budget. You will also provide advice on financial and contractual matters, conduct feasibility studies, prepare estimates and bills of quantities, and perform risk assessments to ensure the financial success of projects.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting software
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
