Job Purpose and Impact

The Poultry Technical Manager will lead the poultry technical service team in the North of Vietnam to meet customer needs. In this role, you will take the lead to mentor and empower a team of professional to align service deliver with group strategy and business needs.

Key Accountabilities
• Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs for defined markets; establish and implement talent succession planning, embed personal development and the fulfillment of personal potential in the culture of the organization.
• Develop and improve key account relationship, identifying priorities, issues and strategic challenges and establish process planning to enable critical customer prioritization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and happiness, account planning and using salesforce.com.
