Job description

On Boarding New Staff with proper procedure
Consolidate attendances from various locations every month and process leave applications.
Manage all staff accommodation / rental agreements across India
Maintain the statutory records and wage payments

handling statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, PT & WC Policy
Candidate who has handled multi location sites/ worked with construction/EPC company will be preferred
Do travel arrangements
max 35 yrs age

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Overtime pay
• Yearly bonus
