Purpose of PositionTo deliver a dedicated & proactive service to clients, BSI Internal clients, and any other BSI External Clients.It also includes clients identified as Global and International clients and may also require supporting other BSI hubs with local IMETA activities.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Handling back-office activities related to client experience: Create and manage operational performance dashboard. Work with the IMETA operations leaders and follow up on key priorities Support the IMETA operations leadership team in planning and managing meetings and events.
